Create my email signature

Create and customize a personal signature to use in your outgoing messages. Email signatures are a good place to provide your contact information, address, website, or business logo.

If you’re using Professional Email or Microsoft 365, select the Email & Office tab. If you’re using Professional Email powered by Titan, select the Titan tab.

  1. Sign in to your Email & Office Dashboard (use your GoDaddy username and password).
  2. If you're an account owner, select Manage next to the email address. Otherwise, continue to the next step.
  3. Under Setup, select Create email signature.
  4. Enter the information you'd like to include in your signature. Select browse to add your business logo or any other image to your signature.

  5. Select Generate Signature.
  6. Select Copy to Clipboard and refer to the displayed tabs to complete adding your signature to your email client.

    Note: If your email client is not included in the tabs, refer to your specific email client's instructions to add your signature.

Your email signature will be saved in the Email & Office Dashboard. Come back here anytime you want to change it.

  1. Sign in to webmail. Use your Professional Email powered by Titan address and password (your GoDaddy username and password won't work here).
  2. In the upper-right corner, select The settings menu icon for Titan. Settings, and then Preferences.
  3. On the leftmost side, select Signatures.
  4. You can either create a custom signature or use a template:
    • To create a custom signature: Select Create custom signature. Enter a name, and then add your desired content to the signature, such as links or a photo. Select Save.
    • (Optional) To use a template: Select one of the available premium signature templates. Fill out your details, add relevant social media links, and upload a profile picture or logo. Then, select Create signature.
      Note: Signature templates are only available to Ultra plans. Upgrade my email plan

You’ll see your signature listed on the Signatures page. You can choose which signature, if any, that shows for new email messages and replies/forwards.
