Resend the download link for a digital product

If a customer can't find their download link for a digital product they bought, you can resend it to them through email. This is helpful when customers accidentally delete their confirmation email or the original link has expired.

1. Truy cập trang sản phẩm GoDaddy của bạn.
2. Cuộn xuống, mở rộng Websites + Marketing và chọn Quản lý bên cạnh trang của bạn.
3. Trên bảng điều khiển của bạn, mở rộng Cửa hàng , rồi chọn Đơn hàng .
4. Select the order for which you want to send a link.
5. Under Files, select Resend Links.
6. To confirm, select OK. The link will be emailed to the email address associated with the customer who placed the order.
