Edit products in my online store

After you add physical products (or digital products), import products from a .csv file, edit or add product details.

  1. Go to your GoDaddy product page.
  2. Scroll down, expand Websites + Marketing and select Manage next to your site.
  3. On your dashboard, expand Commerce and then select Products.
  4. Select a product's name to edit it.
  5. Add or change information in any of the editable fields, such as product name, price, category or description.
  6. To update inventory, select Inventory.
    • If you have variants on your product, like sizes for a shirt, select and update the information under Options.
    • If you've imported products from Square, grayed out fields like Quantity on Hand may not be editable because product inventory is set in your Square account. Quantity on Hand updates every 15 minutes if changes are detected in your Square account. If there are no changes, we'll check the field every 30 minutes, then at 45 minutes, and then at 60 minutes.
  7. When you're done, select Save.

Some earlier US English customers may still see the previous interface. For those customers, steps 4 onwards will look the same as for non-US and US Spanish markets:

  1. Add or change information in any of the editable fields, such as product name, price, category, description or tax category.
  2. To update inventory, select Inventory & Options.
    • If you have variants on your product, like sizes for a shirt, select and update the information under Options.
    • If you've imported products from Square, grayed out fields like Qty may not be editable. Product inventory is set in your Square account, not in the Inventory & Options tab. Qty updates every 15 minutes if changes are detected in your Square account. If there are no changes, we'll check the field every 30 minutes, then at 45 minutes and then at 60 minutes.
  3. When you're done, select Save.
